NHS.uk is England's NHS information website for health, care and access to services. It brings together patient information and service-finding routes and explains how to use relevant NHS services and the NHS App.

Published information and service routes cover health information, NHS service routes and information about the NHS App. Use the information and service route appropriate to the task and follow the NHS's own instructions. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have separate health-service websites, so NHS.uk should not be treated as a universal UK service portal.
