National Energy Action

National Energy Action is a charity focused on fuel poverty and the difficulties people face in keeping their homes warm and safe. Its website brings together energy information, support routes, research and training. The public help pages can assist households and people supporting them in understanding where to look for advice about energy bills and related problems.

The organisation’s work covers England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with country-specific information where arrangements differ. It is not an energy supplier, and visiting the website does not change a tariff or settle a bill. Readers should use the appropriate advice route for their area and circumstances. The site is also useful to community organisations and advisers looking for resources about affordable warmth and the wider effects of fuel poverty.
