On the Beach

On the Beach is an online travel service focused on beach holidays for UK customers. Its website helps visitors search combinations of flights and accommodation, explore destinations and compare available options for their dates. The service works with third-party travel suppliers, bringing the search and booking process together rather than operating every airline or hotel that appears in its results.

The company explains its role and the applicable booking arrangements through its official terms and help centre. It also provides information about financial protection for qualifying flight-inclusive packages and support for existing customers. Details such as the selected suppliers, included components and payment conditions depend on the actual booking. Destination and hotel pages provide a starting point for comparing a holiday, while the booking documents identify the arrangements for the trip selected.
