Northern Ireland Housing Executive

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive website provides information about its housing responsibilities and services in Northern Ireland. It connects tenants and people seeking housing support with the relevant published guidance and service routes.

Published information and service routes cover housing services, tenant information and housing support. Check the guidance for your housing circumstances before following a service route. Housing advice charities and Belfast or other district councils have different roles, while domestic rates are a separate public-service task.

For related tasks, Northern Ireland Housing Executive can be considered alongside nidirect for jobs and skills, benefits and public services and Northern Ireland Executive for northern ireland government, departments and policies. These resources cover adjoining parts of the subject; each publishes its own information and handles its own service, access arrangements or applications.
