Figma

Figma provides collaborative tools for interface design, prototypes and related visual work. Visitors can explore products, workspaces and resources for design teams. The platform supports sharing designs and gathering feedback during a project. Available features, collaboration limits and access arrangements depend on the product and account used by the individual or organisation.

Figma connects interface design and collaborative work with developer handoff. Its Dev Mode documentation describes a workspace for inspecting a design and understanding details relevant to implementation. This makes the distinction between designing an interface, discussing ideas and preparing a design for development useful when choosing the part of the Figma environment needed for a project.

It is useful for investigating a particular design or software-development task. Its focus includes Interface design, Interactive prototypes and Team collaboration and feedback, helping a visitor identify the relevant product, technical resource or asset and relate it to the work being undertaken.

The official Figma site includes sections for Design and explore, Build and ship products and Dev Mode.
