OnTheMarket

OnTheMarket is a property portal carrying listings from estate and letting agents. Its website helps users explore homes for sale or rent and contact the agent responsible for a particular listing.

Published information and service routes cover properties for sale, rental listings and agent enquiries. A portal search is one stage of finding a home. Verify a listing, viewing arrangements, fees and contractual terms with the responsible agent, and use the relevant public or independent housing guidance for wider questions.

For related tasks, OnTheMarket can be considered alongside Rightmove for property search, homes to buy or rent and Zoopla for property listings, sale and rental searches. These resources cover adjoining parts of the subject; each publishes its own information and handles its own service, access arrangements or applications.
