SpareRoom

SpareRoom is a commercial website for rooms, flatshares and people looking for housemates. Its UK service helps users search for accommodation or flatmates and publish or respond to relevant advertisements.

Published information and service routes cover rooms and flatshares, flatmate searches and accommodation adverts. Read the individual advertisement and check the property, household and tenancy arrangements carefully before making a commitment. Independent housing advice and the relevant official services can help with wider rental questions beyond the listing.

For related tasks, SpareRoom can be considered alongside Rightmove for property search, homes to buy or rent and Zoopla for property listings, sale and rental searches. These resources cover adjoining parts of the subject; each publishes its own information and handles its own service, access arrangements or applications.
