Propertymark

Propertymark is a professional membership body for property agents. Its website provides information for consumers and members, including routes to find an agent and understand professional standards and qualifications.

Published information and service routes cover member-agent searches, consumer information and professional qualifications. Check an agent's particular membership and the scope of the relevant scheme. Professional membership, statutory obligations, tenancy deposit protection and access to redress are separate matters requiring the appropriate source.

For related tasks, Propertymark can be considered alongside Rightmove for property search, homes to buy or rent and Zoopla for property listings, sale and rental searches. These resources cover adjoining parts of the subject; each publishes its own information and handles its own service, access arrangements or applications.
